Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any VAT taxes, duties or other delivery fees charged by the shipping company or customs in your country.

If an order is refused or can not be delivered the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs to Alohra.

We do not take returns on any used items.

Returns on un-used, un-opened items incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs. Returns must be received within 14 days of order date and include a copy of your original order receipt.

Customer must receive authorization before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
